Cancellation and refund requests

To request cancellation of a subscription or discuss a refund request, please email hello@ai-mention.net from the email address associated with your account and include your business name.

Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not normally generate refunds for billing periods already paid, unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.

Refund requests for one-off services are considered on a case-by-case basis before work has started. Once research, analysis, or reporting work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because the service is bespoke and time-based.

We aim to respond to business inquiries within two working days.
