Refund & Cancellation Policy

AI Mention provides AI visibility checks, audits, reports, monitoring, and advisory services for businesses. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free AI visibility checks

Free visibility checks do not require payment and can be requested through our website.

One-off audits

One-off audit payments cover research, testing, analysis, and preparation of a bespoke report. If you cancel before work has started, we will usually provide a full refund. Once work has started, one-off audit payments are normally non-refundable, because time and analysis have already been committed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@ai-mention.net or through your account.

Cancellation stops future billing. We do not normally refund amounts already paid for the current billing period (or, for annual plans, the remainder of the current term), except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Promotional and founder pricing

Discounts such as founder or promotional pricing apply automatically to qualifying purchases and are reflected in the price you pay at checkout. They do not create a separate refundable balance.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, access to ongoing monitoring, reporting, or advisory services may be paused until payment is resolved.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, your card provider, and your bank.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Email hello@ai-mention.net with your business name, the email address used for purchase, and the service you want to cancel or discuss.
